RETURN POLICY
Returns
Due to the custom nature of the products we offer, we only accept returns of damaged products.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@coindisplays.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
